Halloween in the Forest

Today we spent the morning at the Surrey Nature Centre learning about nature and nocturnal animals. We also visited a pumking patch while we were there.  Here are some photos of our morning adventure.

Learning about owls.
Trying out owl eye site with binoculars.

Building a nest.

Learning about racoons.

Learning about bats.

Learning about things found naturally in nature.

Feel Bags - looking at our faces do you think we like what we feel?

Racoon fur.

Time to choose our pumpkin.

Pumpkins for all.

A special thank you to the many parents of Division 19 who were able to drive or help supervise us at today's field trip. We couldn't have gone with out you.
